Delta Sigma Pi
Recognized as the nation’s foremost co-ed professional business fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi thrives on the common values of pursuing professional, social, and community development. DSP was founded on November 7, 1907 by Alexander Frank Makay, Henry Albert Tienken, Harold Valentine Jacobs, and Alfred Moysello at New York University. Since then, DSP’s network spans both nationwide and worldwide with over 271,000 brothers initiated, over 290 collegiate chapters, and more than 50 alumni chapters.
The Gamma Upsilon Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi is the first ever professional fraternity to be established at Babson College in 1951. After a period of hiatus, Gamma Upsilon was reactivated in April 6, 2013 by 46 high-achieving students. Since then, brothers have committed themselves to growing the brotherhood on campus. Brothers continue to forge strong relationships and host various professional, community service, and social events each year to further the purpose of advancing the community. Brothers have gone to join incredible companies, such as Google, Walt Disney, and Facebook, or founded their own companies like CleanCult and Italic.
